Order by 11pm on Thursday for food the following week. Choose your menu online, choose Pick up or Delivery. It's that simple.

We cook twice weekly to ensure the freshest of food. Pickups are Monday and Wednesday, or you can opt to have your food delivered to your doorstep or office.
BC Select Menu
"Our Select Menu is hand crafted by our BC Fit Meal chef team. It rotates flavors from around the world and will never disappoint! Enjoy a wide variety of proteins, veggies and carbs. Proteins included in this menu are all white meat chicken, ground turkey, an array of seafood and several types of red meat. Meals come with 6oz protein, 5oz veggies and 4oz carbs."
"Our Leaning Menu was created for those trying to eat the cleanest of food, lean out for competition/lifestyle or those looking for minimal seasonings/sauces. The Leaning Menu does not have any red meat or white carbs included! No salt or oil is used when cooking our Lean & Clean menu. Meals come with 6oz protein, 5oz veggies and 4oz carbs."
