We cook twice weekly to ensure the freshest of food. Pickups are Monday and Wednesday, or you can opt to have your food delivered to your doorstep or office.
BC Select Menu
Our BC Select Menu is hand crafted by our BC Fit Meal chef. The plan consists of 2 full meals and 2 snacks daily. It rotates flavors from around the world and will never disappoint! Enjoy a wide variety of proteins, veggies and starches. Meals in this plan come with 6 ounces of protein, 5 ounces of veggies and 4 ounces of starch.
Our Leaning Menu was created for those trying to eat the cleanest of food, lean out for competition/lifestyle or those looking for minimal seasonings/sauces. The plan consists of 2 full meals and 2 snacks daily. The Leaning Menu does not have any red meat/pork or white starches included! Meals in this plan come with 6 ounces of protein, 5 ounces of veggies and 4 ounces of starch.
