I Have been using Bc Fit meals for the past 6 months now, The food is amazing. The team that works there is friendly, professional and honestly just awesome! They definitely go above and beyond for their clients. I met my goals before my vacation a couple months ago and stayed with them even after that because I loved them so much. I've stuck to maintaining my weight and muscle tone. I lost in total 14bs and kept it off all why maintaining my muscle tone. I had also been working out, and following a personal exercise program.
