Our BC Select Menu is hand crafted by our BC Fit Meal chef. The plan consists of 2 full meals and 2 snacks daily. It rotates flavors from around the world and will never disappoint! Enjoy a wide variety of proteins, veggies and starches. Meals in this plan come with 6 ounces of protein, 5 ounces of veggies and 4 ounces of starch.

Monday- Lunch: Chicken Breast, Fennel/Onion/Cabbage and Orange Slices + Snack
Dinner: Seasoned Ground Turkey, Kale and White Rice + Snack

Tuesday- Lunch: Tri Tip, Mushroom/Onion and Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Snacks
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Spaghetti Squash and Maranara Primaverra + Snack

Wednesday- Lunch: Chicken Breast, Oven Roasted Asparagus and Brown Rice + Snack
Dinner: Tilapia, Roasted Green/Yellow Zucchini and White Rice + Snack

Thursday- Lunch: Ground Turkey, Peppers/Onions and Sweet Potatoes + Snack
Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Roasted Kale and Brown Rice + Snack

Friday- Lunch: Waldorf Chicken Salad, Celery/Cucumber/Nuts and Apples + Snack
Dinner: Terriyaki Tri Tip, Mixed Bell Peppers and White Rice + Snack
