Any orders that are placed by or before Friday of each week, will have your meals ready for delivery or pick up at the beginning of that next week. If orders come in after Friday, they will be processes and ready the week afterwards, unless otherwise informed. For local residence from North Murrieta to Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and across to Menifee, then down through French Valley, will get deliveries on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.
For all Central Murrieta and Temecula residence, businesses and outside deliveries, you’ll be expecting your orders on Monday and Wednesdays, with our outside deliveries getting their full orders on Monday’s. If you would like a more specific time frame, please call us at (951)301-5333 at ex. 3.

The fridge life of your meals is usually 7 days (that coming Sunday/Monday). After or before that time, feel free to freeze your meals for later use.
You can place your meals in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then another 30-60 seconds. The other option is by stove top by greasing a pan and stir for a few short minutes.
Lastly, if you are afraid of your meat drying out, separate your meat from the rest of the dish, and add the meat back in at the end of the heating process.
*Note that if you choose to heat it in the microwave, remove the plastic sauce container if one is provided.

We do not offer a completely customizable plan. Our menus are preselected to offer a wide variety of healthy flavors. However, dislikes and allergies can be accommodated.
You can freeze our meals in the containers they come in.
They absolutely are! Reusable, microwave and dishwasher safe!
We utilize many organic products in our meal plan but we cannot say that all products are 100% organic. Sometimes specific veggies are not available organic or are not in season.

If you're not home, please leave a cooler and ice pack out. If neither is found when we arrive we'll place your order in a cooler bag with ice pack and charge your account $5. Return them and well refund the $5.
