Any orders that are placed by or before Friday of each week, will have your meals ready for delivery or pick up at the beginning of that next week. If orders come in after Friday, they will be processes and ready the week afterwards, unless otherwise informed. For local residence from North Murrieta to Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and across to Menifee, then down through French Valley, will get deliveries on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.
For all Central Murrieta and Temecula residence, businesses and outside deliveries, you’ll be expecting your orders on Monday and Wednesdays, with our outside deliveries getting their full orders on Monday’s. If you would like a more specific time frame, please call us at (951)301-5333 at ex. 3.
We offer meal plans with as little as 5 meals weekly, the plans go up from there! Please review the options on the order pages of each individual menu.

If you chose the BC Fit Meals store location for pickup, then you are more than welcome to see what extra Grab-and-Go options we have available to swap out meals with. There are no custom meal/ingredient requests however.
Absolutely not! We offer one time purchases as well. However, our best pricing and offers are given to our subscription clients. You can cancel at any time and there are no contracts.
The deadline for ordering and receiving meals for the following week is on Thursday. Some orders may still be processed over the weekend and ready for that next week. If that is the case, you will be notified.

The fridge life of your meals is usually 7 days (that coming Sunday/Monday). After or before that time, feel free to freeze your meals for later use.
You can place your meals in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then another 30-60 seconds. The other option is by stove top by greasing a pan and stir for a few short minutes.
Lastly, if you are afraid of your meat drying out, separate your meat from the rest of the dish, and add the meat back in at the end of the heating process.
*Note that if you choose to heat it in the microwave, remove the plastic sauce container if one is provided.
We have a "Low Carb" option for each meal plan that you will find selecting your different options. This option removes the carbohydrates and replaces them with more seasonal vegetables.
We do offer the Athletes Meal Plan which has close to double the amount of carbohydrates in it. We also offer "Extra Protein" for every meal plan option as well.
We do not offer a completely customizable plan. Our menus are preselected to offer a wide variety of healthy flavors. However, dislikes and allergies can be accommodated.
You can freeze our meals in the containers they come in.
They absolutely are! Reusable, microwave and dishwasher safe!
We utilize many organic products in our meal plan but we cannot say that all products are 100% organic. Sometimes specific veggies are not available organic or are not in season.

Our delivery times will be fairly similar each week. If you think you may not be present upon delivery, we best suggest leaving a cooler out for our delivery team to place your meals in. For local deliveries, if no one is home, we will bring your meals back to the cafe for pickup, or be delivered during our second delivery time/dates.
Monday and Wednesday’s from 8:30am-4pm or Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11am-2pm, located at the cafe: 29955 Technology #101, Murrieta Ca. 92592. Other pick up locations vary based on their hours of operation.
Yes, we offer grab n go meals at our location based upon availability.
